The Town of Dumfries is very interested in hearing your thoughts and ideas. The Town has an established complaint -suggestion program available to all residents. All complaints and suggestions will be addressed by the Town Administration in a timely manner. The form can be dropped off at Town Hall during normal business hours 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday, or it can be placed in the night-drop box located next to the front door of the Town Hall Building.
